Canadian Platinum Maple Leafs
Though not in current production, this high-quality pure platinum coin from The Royal Canadian Mint remains in high demand. Discontinued because of the recent scarcity of high-grade platinum minting blanks, the coins were minted in 1 oz, 1/2 oz, 1/4 oz and 1/10 oz. The traditional national symbol of Canada, The Maple Leaf, appears on the obverse of the coin with the sculpture of Queen Elizabeth II on the reverse. The coins are a source of instant liquidity and can sometimes be found in after-market trading. Although they are scarce, our traders are sometimes able to obtain them. Investors and collectors should call us for availability.
